Our guaranteesWhat sets our necklaces apart
These necklaces come in sterling silver, in white, yellow or rose 18k gold, as well as in yellow 14k gold-filled, sometimes paired with sterling silver. All of these materials are hypoallergenic, and white 18k gold has a particular advantage: it doesn't oxidize, which makes it the material to reach for if you swim often, practice sports regularly, or simply have your hands in water throughout the day. Each piece is hand-shaped with pliers, no mold involved, by artisans trained for months before shaping their first piece, then reinforced at tension points through laser micro-welding. All of our materials are also Responsible Jewellery Council certified, a guarantee of responsible sourcing.
How to choose yours
Prices range from €140 to €1,200 depending on the material chosen: the gap between gold-filled and 18k gold comes down to the actual quantity of gold present — gold-filled is a solid layer of 14k gold bonded onto a base metal, while 18k gold is a solid wire, hallmarked and certified, that holds its value better over time, whether for resale or passing it on. Some of these necklaces can be personalized, others are meant to be worn as they are: the Richelieu Rectangle Chain Personalized Necklace in sterling silver, for instance, takes a single initial — someone's initial — while the Corsica Necklace is chosen as is, in silver or yellow 14k gold-filled. Symbols, such as a number, a heart or an infinity sign, remain possible upon request, and hand-shaping a personalized piece takes about thirty minutes — something you can even watch happen in person at the atelier.
Who it's for, and for which occasion
Every necklace is presented in a gift box, and a note can be slipped into the package simply by mentioning it in the comments at checkout. The price never appears inside: the invoice is sent by email to the buyer only, so the recipient never sees it. Every piece carries a warranty over time — ten years on 18k gold and one year on gold-filled and sterling silver, starting from the purchase date, covering manufacturing or material defects.
