The Corsica collection interprets the powerful symbols of Corsica through the art of wirework, so dear to Atelier Paulin. Since 2014, the Maison has been handcrafting precious wire in its Paris workshop at La Caserne, using metal shaping and laser micro-welding. The stylized map of Corsica, the Eye of Saint Lucy, and the coral branch are all born from the exact same gesture. Here, coral is not a material, but a shape sculpted from gold wire, true to our 100% recycled metals commitment and our RJC certification.
This Corsican jewelry carries a Mediterranean memory. The Shiva's Eye is the traditional amulet against the evil eye. Coral has always been a lucky charm of the Southern shores. As for Corsica itself, it is kept close as a bond to the land and to loved ones.
