Shipping policy

Order Preparation & Shipping

All our creations are handcrafted in our Parisian workshop. The production time varies depending on the material and the type of jewellery:

  • Gold-filled 585/1000 and sterling silver: 1 to 3 business days
  • 18k gold (750/1000): 5 to 7 business days

Some models requiring specific soldering (such as Corsica, Heart or Symbolic Charms bracelets and necklaces) may take up to 10 business days to complete.

Once your piece is ready, it is shipped from our Paris workshop using the delivery method selected when placing your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

  • Colissimo home delivery with signature — 2 to 3 business days: €9.90
  • Colissimo pick-up point — 2 to 3 business days: €8.90
  • Courier (Paris only) — delivery within 3 hours once your piece is ready: €8.90
  • DHL Express — 1 business day: €19.90
  • DHL Super Express (including production) — 1 business day: €40.00

Corsica

  • Colissimo home or pick-up point — 2 to 3 business days: €8.90–€9.90
  • DHL Express — 1 business day: €19.90
  • DHL Super Express — 1 business day: €40.00

European Union

  • DHL Express — 1 business day: €19.90
  • DHL Super Express (including production) — 1 business day: €40.00

Rest of the World

United States / Canada

Shipping is free in France for orders over €175 and in the European Union for orders over €250.

Tracking & Delivery

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you selected DHL delivery, you will receive notifications directly from the carrier.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide an address where you (or a trusted person) are available during the day. Once the parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, Atelier Paulin cannot be held responsible for any loss.

In case of absence during DHL delivery, a new delivery attempt will be automatically scheduled for the next business day. If the second attempt fails, your parcel will be held in a DHL facility for 15 days before being returned to our workshop.

International Shipments & Customs

Orders shipped within the European Union include all duties and taxes. For shipments outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the destination country.

Atelier Paulin has no control over these charges and cannot issue refunds for them. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
