Shipping policy

Order Preparation & Shipping

All our creations are hand-shaped in our Paris workshop, then shipped from the workshop.

Shipped within 24 to 48 working hours (within 1 to 3 working days for 750 gold); ordered before 1 pm, Monday to Thursday, it leaves the same day as soon as it is ready. Delivered in France in 24 to 72 hours.

The shipping time runs until the parcel leaves the workshop; delivery starts after that. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Methods & Times

The times below run from shipping, not including the time before dispatch.

France

  • Colissimo to a pickup point — delivered in 24 to 72 hours: €5.90, free from €250 (the pickup point is chosen after payment)
  • Colissimo home delivery with signature — delivered in 24 to 72 hours: €8.90
  • Courier (within Paris) — same day, once your piece is ready: €14.90
  • DHL Express — 48 hours: €19.90
  • Pickup at the boutique — free; your piece is ready between the same day and 3 working days after your order, and you are notified when it is ready

Europe (49 countries, including the European Union)

  • Colissimo home delivery with signature: €12.90, free from €250
  • DHL Express — 48 hours: €19.90

Israel

  • DHL Express — 48 hours: €49.90

Rest of the world (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Japan)

  • DHL Express — 48 hours: €24.90, duties and taxes included

We ship to 177 countries. There is no option that speeds up the making itself. Australia and New Zealand are served by our dedicated shop, atelierpaulin.com.au.

Tracking & Delivery

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you selected DHL delivery, you will receive notifications directly from the carrier.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide an address where you (or a trusted person) are available during the day. If your parcel is lost by the carrier or comes back to us (not collected at the pickup point, incomplete address), we make sure you receive your piece: we send it again.

In case of absence during a DHL delivery, a new attempt is automatically scheduled for the next working day. If the second attempt fails, your parcel is held at a DHL facility for 15 days before being returned to us — we then send it to you again.

International Shipments & Customs

Outside the European Union we ship with duties and taxes paid (DDP), Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Japan included: the price paid at checkout is the final price, nothing is due on delivery. Within the European Union there are no customs duties.

If you return the piece, the duties and taxes paid at checkout are refunded to you along with it.
