Shipping and lead times
Atelier Paulin ships worldwide, with duties and taxes included everywhere. Two separate steps: leaving our Paris atelier, then the carrier. Shipped within 24 to 48 working hours (1 to 3 working days for 18k gold), delivered in France in 1 to 3 working days after shipping, and pickup point delivery is free from €250.

Lead times
How long does an order take?
The shaping time is the time spent at the atelier; the shipping time you choose is added to it. Once your order is confirmed, you receive your tracking number by email.

Hand-shaping
Shipped within 24 to 48 working hours in sterling silver 925 and gold-filled 585/1000, within 1 to 3 working days in 750/1000 gold (18k); ordered before 1 pm, Monday to Thursday, it leaves the same day as soon as it is ready. The wire is shaped by hand, work-hardened, then micro-welded.

Shipping
Delivered in France in 1 to 3 working days by Colissimo, in 48 hours by DHL Express; in Paris, a courier delivers the same day once the piece is ready. Tracking is sent by email as soon as the package is handed to the carrier.

In its box, with no price in the package. In Paris, a piece can also be personalized at the atelier, in front of you, in about 30 minutes.

DHL Express in 48 hours, €24.90, to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Japan and beyond. Duties and taxes are included, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

A piece can also be personalized at the atelier, in front of you, in about 30 minutes; and our courier delivers within central Paris the same day.

How to receive it in time
Add both steps together: shipped within 24 to 48 working hours (1 to 3 working days for 18k gold), then delivered in France in 1 to 3 working days by Colissimo, or in 48 hours by DHL Express.

Inside the package
The piece in its box, a note if you ask for one in the order comments, and never the price: the invoice goes to the buyer by email.
Returns
Can I return a piece?
A piece that has not been personalized can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, then up to 30 days for a store credit valid one year. The piece must be unworn, in its box, with proof of purchase. A piece hand-shaped with your word cannot be returned. Its size, however, can be corrected: a ring by up to two sizes, a bracelet by one size, free of charge unless 750/1000 gold has to be added.

Choose “Pickup” at checkout: it is free. Your piece is ready between the same day and 3 working days after ordering, and we let you know by email. It waits for you in the courtyard at 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris, with no appointment needed, Monday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm.
