Hand-shaping, then the journey
The hand-shaping time is the time spent at the atelier; it's added to your chosen shipping option. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive your tracking number by email.

Hand-shaping
1 to 3 business days for sterling silver 925 and 14k gold-filled, 3 to 7 business days for 18k gold. The jewelry piece is hand-shaped, work-hardened, then laser micro-welded.

Shipping
Colissimo delivery in 2 to 3 business days, DHL Express in 24 to 48 hours, or courier delivery within Paris in 3 hours once your handcrafted, hand-shaped piece is ready. Tracking is sent by email as soon as the jewelry is handed to the carrier.

In its gift box, with no price included. In Paris, this hand-shaped, handcrafted piece can also be personalized right at the atelier, in front of you, in about thirty minutes.

Signature-required home delivery via Colissimo, €12.90, free from €250. DHL Express in 48 hours, €19.90. Within the European Union, duties and taxes are included. Each piece is hand-shaped and handcrafted by our Parisian artisans.

DHL Express in 48 hours, $24.90. Customs duties are the customer's responsibility. Shipping to 177 countries, for our hand-shaped, handcrafted jewelry.

In Paris
You can also have your piece hand-shaped and personalized right at the atelier, in about thirty minutes — this handcrafted process is done in front of you. For Paris proper, courier delivery arrives within 3 hours.

To be delivered on time
Plan on, in business days: 6 days for sterling silver or 14k gold-filled (3 days of hand-shaping, 3 days of Colissimo shipping), 10 days for 18k gold. With DHL Express, subtract 2 days.

In the package
The handcrafted jewelry piece in its case, a note if you mention it in the order comments, but never the price: the invoice is sent by email to the buyer.
Returns
14 days to change your mind
A non-personalized piece can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, then up to 30 days for store credit valid for one year. The piece must be unworn, in its case, with proof of purchase.
A piece hand-shaped with your word cannot be returned or exchanged. Its size, however, can be adjusted: a ring by up to two sizes, a bracelet by one size, free of charge unless 18k gold needs to be added.
