Atelier Paulin repairs every piece it has hand-shaped. Describe your jewelry below and add a photo: we reply within 48 hours, either under warranty or with a quote, then we send you the instructions to ship it to us.

The form below, a photo of the piece and, if you have it, your proof of purchase. Three minutes.

We reply
Within 48 hours, by email: covered by the warranty, or with a quote. Anything payable is settled through a payment link.

You ship it
The instructions and the return address reach you once the request is approved. At the atelier, the piece is handled within the week; allow three to four weeks in total, and up to two months at the end of the year.
The warranty
What does the warranty cover, and what does it not?
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover knocks, snagging and improper handling, normal wear, rhodium plating and stone setting, or worn cords. A personalized piece is covered for a manufacturing defect, not for a change of mind about the name.
- 10 years
750/1000 gold
750/1000 gold (18k) is covered for ten years from the date of purchase. It can be repaired and soldered again at the atelier, on a quote.
- 1 year
Gold-filled and sterling silver 925
One year from the date of purchase, and the shine of gold-filled 585/1000 is guaranteed for life. Silver can be soldered again on a quote; gold-filled cannot be soldered: a clean break is remade from new wire.
- Outside warranty
What it costs
Remaking a broken piece: 50% of the original price. Reshaping and cleaning: free, whatever the age of the piece. Cord replaced: €25.
