The Personalized Richelieu Bracelet stands out for its craftsmanship: up to 10 letters hand-shaped with pliers, never cast or molded, by artisans trained for months before shaping their first piece. Lettering is done in lowercase script, except for the letter "J," which is hand-shaped in uppercase when it opens a word; accents and apostrophes cannot be hand-shaped, but a space can be added on request. This hand-shaping takes about 30 minutes — the same time it takes to have a piece personalized in front of you at the Paris atelier, which has been open since 2014. It can in fact be done on site. Each piece is then presented in a gift box, ready to be given.

To choose your Personalized Richelieu Bracelet, start by deciding on your preferred personalization: a full word or name hand-shaped from the wire, or one or more initials referring to one or more names — this 10-letter maximum stays the same regardless of the size you choose. The piece also comes in other materials: rose 18k gold, yellow 18k gold, white 18k gold, or rose 14k gold-filled, each available in the shop. This choice affects the warranty: in 14k gold-filled, the warranty covers manufacturing for one year, with the gold's shine guaranteed for life, while in 18k gold, across all three shades, the piece carries a ten-year warranty, since it is shaped from a solid, hallmarked gold wire whose value stays proportional to the gold it contains. All of our materials are also hypoallergenic, and if you swim often or have your hands in water throughout the day, white 18k gold — which does not oxidize — is the material to choose; our raw materials are also recycled and recyclable. If you are unsure which material or size to give, the gift card, from $50 to $1,500, lets the recipient choose their own piece.
