At the Atelier Paulin workshop-boutique, in the courtyard at 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris, in the Marais. Ring the “Atelier Paulin” intercom on the carriage door on the street: it opens, and an artisan welcomes you at the second door, which leads onto the courtyard.
