How can I have my jewelry repaired? Is it under warranty?

Our artisans put all their heart into creating your jewelry. However, these pieces remain delicate.

All our jewelry is covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. In addition, we offer a commercial warranty:

• 750/1000 gold (18 carats): 10 years, covering manufacturing defects and normal wear.

• Gold-plated and sterling silver: 1 year from the date of purchase.

Not covered: damage caused by improper use, shock or accident, as well as rhodium plating, stone setting, and normal wear of cords.
