Bracelets and necklaces are hand-shaped with pliers, never cast in a mold: each artisan trains for months before shaping a first piece. The wire is then reinforced with laser micro-welding at tension points, for everyday resilience. Sterling silver, white 18k gold, yellow 18k gold, or yellow 14k gold-filled: these raw materials are recycled and recyclable, and every single one is hypoallergenic. White 18k gold doesn't oxidize, making it the material to recommend for anyone who's often in water or very active in sports. Some of these pieces can be personalized, others are worn as they are; an initial hand-shaped into the wire is never a random character, it's someone's own, and symbols like a heart or an infinity sign remain possible upon request. Each piece comes presented in a gift box, ready to be given.

As for warranty coverage, 18k gold carries a 10-year warranty, against 1 year for gold-filled and sterling silver, covering manufacturing or material defects; an 18k gold piece also holds value in proportion to the amount of gold it contains, thanks to its solid wire made of 75% pure gold. A note can be included with the order inside the package, and the price never appears on it: the invoice is sent only by email to the buyer, out of the recipient's sight.
