No mold, no duplication: at Atelier Paulin, gold wire is hand-shaped, gesture after gesture, until your word takes form. Laser micro-welding reinforces it, then barrel work-hardening strengthens the metal and gives it its shape memory. It holds its line, year after year, like the bond it carries.

Care and RepairWhat Sets the Numéro Necklace Apart
The Numéro Necklace is defined by its 18k white gold wire, hand-shaped with pliers, no mold involved: every gesture is carried out by artisans trained for months before shaping their first piece. At points of tension, laser micro-welding reinforces the hand-shaped wire. White gold does not oxidize, which makes it the material to recommend for anyone who swims often, exercises frequently, or has their hands in water throughout the day; like all our materials, it is also hypoallergenic. Our raw materials are recycled and recyclable. This 18k gold piece carries a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing or material defects: ten years is the warranty on 18k gold. It comes presented in a jewelry box, priced at €880.
How to Choose Your Numéro Necklace
This piece can be personalized: the lettering is set in lowercase script, except for the letter "J," which is hand-shaped in uppercase at the start of a word, with no accents or apostrophes. Symbols — a number, a heart, an infinity sign — can be added upon request; beyond that, a wide selection of locket charms (religious symbols, heart, clover, initial) can be added to any piece on the site. Personalization takes about 30 minutes of hand-shaping, a timeframe that also allows it to be done directly in front of the customer at the atelier. The Numéro Necklace is also available in 18k yellow gold and 18k rose gold, each version likewise backed by a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase: a solid gold wire, hallmarked, whose value remains proportional to the gold it contains, whether at resale or when passed down.
