Anything can be repaired. Submit your repair request online: we respond within 48 hours, then handle the repair within the week once your handcrafted piece reaches our atelier — three to four weeks in total. Sterling silver 925 and 18k gold can be resoldered on quote; 14k gold-filled cannot be resoldered — a clean break is remade from scratch, at half the original price outside of warranty. Reshaping and cleaning of your hand-shaped piece are free, regardless of the piece's age; a cord can be replaced for $25.
