Shipping and Delivery

What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

Please note that the delivery time does not include the time needed to craft your jewelry piece.

  • Delivery in mainland France is handled by Colissimo. A reliable, fast service that delivers your orders within 48 hours (Monday through Saturday) and within 3 business days for Corsica.
  • Delivery in the European Union and other regions of the world is handled through DHL Express. Delivery is completed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the country.
  • Delivery to a Colissimo pickup point in mainland France.

To receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend providing an address where you are present during daytime hours, or making sure someone can receive the package for you. We cannot take responsibility for a lost package once it has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

DHL: If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt delivery again the following business day. If no one is available for the second delivery attempt, you can pick up your package at a DHL sorting center within 15 days before it is returned to our workshop. Follow the instructions on the DHL delivery notice left in your mailbox.

Crafting times

Our pieces are shipped directly from our workshop in Paris. Our artisans hand-shape and ship your 14k gold-filled and sterling silver jewelry within 24 to 48 working hours, and your 18k gold jewelry within 1 to 3 working days. Each piece is work-hardened and then laser micro-welded at tension points before it ships.

What are the shipping costs for your order?

We ship worldwide except to Russia and regions designated as high-risk.

Pickup point delivery with Colissimo is free starting at €250 of purchase in France. For other European Union countries, home delivery with Colissimo is free starting at €250 of purchase.

    Are customs fees and taxes applied to your order?

    Atelier Paulin covers all customs duties and taxes upfront for international shipments (USA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Japan...). The price paid at checkout is the final price: no additional fees are charged upon delivery, ensuring an experience as seamless as a local purchase.

    Packaging

    Each piece is delivered in its signature Atelier Paulin packaging with its warranty certificate. Gift wrapping can be requested in your shopping cart.
