A piece from the collection can be returned or exchanged. A piece hand-shaped to your request cannot be returned, but it can be repaired, resized, and remains under warranty.

Returns and exchanges
A non-personalized piece can be returned to us unworn, in its original condition, with its box and proof of purchase.

Shipping the piece to the workshop is at your expense; sending it back to you, in the case of an exchange, is at our expense. Outside the European Union, the customs duties and taxes paid with your order are refunded together with the piece.
Requests are made from your customer account, using the “Return request” feature in your order history. Our team reviews it, then sends you the address, shipping instructions and tracking by email. Please do not ship anything before this confirmation.
An online purchase can also be returned at our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris, Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm.
02Made to order
Personalized pieces
A piece hand-shaped with the word you chose is neither returnable nor exchangeable (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), except for a manufacturing defect, which is covered by the warranty.
If the personalization you receive is not the one you ordered, we take the piece back and remake or refund it, at our expense.
The size, however, can be adjusted. A ring can be resized by up to two sizes either way, a bracelet by one size, depending on the model and the lettering. Resizing is free of charge, unless 18k (750/1000) gold has to be added.

From the date of purchase, against manufacturing or material defects, in addition to the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects. The shine of gold-filled is guaranteed for life.
Not covered: impacts, snagging, improper handling and normal wear, rhodium plating and stone setting, and cord wear.
04After-sales service
Repairs
For a repair, fill in the request form. Our team then tells you how to proceed and, if the repair is not free, sends you a secure payment link.
Sending the piece to the workshop is at your expense (a tracked parcel is recommended); we send the restored piece back free of charge.

Only gold-filled cannot be re-soldered: if it breaks cleanly, the piece is remade from scratch. Sterling silver and 18k gold can be repaired and re-soldered, on quotation.
