The form below, a photo of your hand-shaped, handcrafted jewelry piece, and, if you have it, proof of purchase. Three minutes.

We respond
Within 48 hours, by email: under warranty, or with a priced estimate for this hand-shaped, handcrafted piece. Any payment due is made via payment link.

You send
Instructions and the return address are sent once your request is approved. At the atelier, the piece is hand-shaped and handcrafted within a week; please allow three to four weeks in total, up to two months during the year-end period.
The warranty
What it covers, and what it doesn't
The warranty covers manufacturing or material defects. It does not cover: impacts, snagging, and improper handling, normal wear, rhodium plating and stone setting, or cord wear. A personalized, hand-shaped piece is covered for a manufacturing defect, not for a modification — each handcrafted item leaves the atelier as it was made.

18k Gold
18k gold is guaranteed for ten years from the date of purchase. Each piece is hand-shaped and handcrafted at our Paris workshop, and can be repaired and resoldered there, upon quote.
- 1 year
14k gold-filled and sterling silver 925
One year from the date of purchase, with the shine of our hand-shaped 14k gold-filled guaranteed for life. Sterling silver can be re-soldered by quote; this handcrafted 14k gold-filled piece cannot be re-soldered: a clean break is replaced with a brand-new piece.
- Out of warranty
What it costs
Repair of a broken, hand-shaped piece: 50% of the original price. Reshaping and cleaning of your handcrafted jewelry: free, regardless of the piece's age. Cord replacement: $25.
