Repair request form – After-sales service

1. Fill out the online repair form.
2. Attach a photo of your jewelry and, if possible, proof of purchase.
3. Once we receive your request, we will send you an appropriate proposal (under warranty or out of warranty).
4. Payment (if required) is made via secure payment link.
5. You will then receive instructions to send your jewelry to us.

The processing of a repair takes on average 3 to 4 weeks, and up to 2 months during the end-of-year period.

Jewelry under warranty
750/1000 gold (18 carats): 10 years.
Gold-plated & sterling silver: 1 year.
Covers only manufacturing or material defects.

Exclusions
Damage due to shock, snagging, improper handling, or normal wear.
Rhodium plating and stone setting (special maintenance services).
Wear of cords (replacement available: €25).
Personalized jewelry: covered only for manufacturing defects, not for modifications or returns.

If the jewelry is no longer under warranty
Refabrication (broken or irreparable jewelry): 50% of the original price.
Reshaping & cleaning: free if feasible.
NB: we do not solder broken jewelry; they must be refabricated to guarantee quality.
