How do you care for each material?
All our jewelry is made to stay on: it spends the night on the wrist or at the neck and layers without restriction. From one material to the next, what changes is life with water, and the gesture that brings the shine back.
Gold-filled 585/1000
Gold-filledNo particular care: a soft cloth from time to time. It is not afraid of water, so the shower, the pool and the beach are all fine. One reserve only, to preserve the shape of a hand-shaped wire: take it off for intense physical activity.
Sterling silver 925
Sterling silverA living metal: in contact with air, humidity or chlorine, a thin oxidation can appear, natural and reversible. Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth; for the original shine, baking soda and aluminum foil in hot water. Avoid the pool, the shower and sport.
750/1000 gold
750/1000 goldNo particular care: warm water, mild soap, dried with a cloth. The shower, the pool and the beach are all fine. White 750/1000 gold does not oxidize: it is the material for anyone who swims or lives with their hands in water.
Repair
Can everything be repaired?
A wire out of shape, a clasp, a solder, a worn cord: every piece comes back to our atelier in Paris, into the hands that know how to shape it. Describe it online, with a photo: we answer within 48 hours, under warranty or with a quoted proposal. Once the request is confirmed, the piece reaches us, dropped off at the atelier or sent in a tracked package. It is handled within the week after we receive it.

Sterling silver 925 and 750/1000 gold
Repaired and re-soldered at the atelier, on quote.
Gold-filled
It cannot be re-soldered: a clean break is remade new, for half the original price outside the warranty.
Cord
Its fiber stands up to water and to time; when it wears out, it is replaced for €25.
The warranty
Ten years on 750/1000 gold, one year on gold-filled and silver.
From the date of purchase, the warranty covers manufacturing or material defects. It does not cover knocks, snags and inappropriate handling, normal wear, rhodium plating and stone setting, or the wear of cords. A personalized piece is covered for a manufacturing defect, not for a modification.

750/1000 gold (18k) carries a ten-year warranty. Hallmarked and certified, it is repaired and re-soldered at the atelier.

Gold-filled and sterling silver 925
One year, and the shine of the gold on gold-filled is guaranteed for life. Silver is re-soldered; gold-filled, if it breaks clean, is remade new.

Outside the warranty
Remaking a broken piece: half the original price, after assessment. Reshaping and cleaning stay free; a cord, €25.
Resizing
Can a size be corrected?
A piece shaped to order, with the word you chose, cannot be exchanged, but a size can be corrected. A ring can move by plus or minus two sizes, a bracelet by one size, case by case depending on the lettering and the model. Resizing is free, except when it calls for added 750/1000 gold.
Ring
Plus or minus two sizes. Sizes run from 48 to 62: the French size is the circumference of the finger in millimeters.
Bracelet
One size, depending on the lettering and the model.

Can I sleep with my piece on?
Yes, whatever the material: all our jewelry is made to stay on and to spend the night on the wrist or at the neck.

My silver has darkened: is that normal?
Yes. Silver is a living metal: in contact with air, humidity or chlorine, a thin oxidation can appear. It is natural and reversible: baking soda and aluminum foil in hot water bring the shine back, and reshaping and cleaning are free at the atelier, whatever the age of the piece.

My gold-filled bracelet broke clean: can it be re-soldered?
No: gold-filled cannot be re-soldered. That is its one weak point, and we say so plainly. A clean break is remade new: under warranty if it is a manufacturing defect, for half the original price otherwise. Sterling silver 925 and 750/1000 gold, for their part, can be re-soldered.

How long does a repair take?
We answer your request within 48 hours. Once the piece reaches the atelier, it is handled within the week; allow three to four weeks in all, up to two months at the end of the year.

My ring is too small: can you bring it to my size?
Yes, within plus or minus two sizes for a ring and one size for a bracelet, case by case depending on the lettering and the model. Resizing is free, except when it calls for added 750/1000 gold.
