Our jewelry is designed to stay on: it stays on overnight, layers with other pieces, and lasts through the years. It lives, and what lives is cared for and repaired, at the atelier, in Paris, by the hands that hand-shaped it.

Caring for each material
All of our hand-shaped jewelry is designed to stay on — worn day and night, at the wrist or around the neck, and layered without restriction. What changes from one material to another is how it lives with water, and the simple gesture that brings back its shine on this handcrafted piece.
14k Gold-Filled
14k gold-filledNo special care is needed: just a soft cloth from time to time. It doesn't mind water: shower, pool, and beach are all fine. The one thing to keep in mind, to preserve the shape of a hand-shaped wire: take it off during intense physical activities.
Sterling silver
925 Sterling SilverA living metal, handcrafted with care: on contact with air, moisture, or chlorine, a fine layer of oxidation may appear — natural and reversible. Clean with lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth; to restore its original shine, use baking soda and aluminum foil in warm water. Avoid the pool, the shower, and sports — a good habit for any hand-shaped wire piece.
18K Gold
18k GoldNo special care needed: warm water, mild soap, pat dry with a soft cloth. Shower, pool, and beach are all fine for this hand-shaped, handcrafted piece. White 18k gold doesn't oxidize, making it the ideal choice for anyone who swims often or keeps their hands in water throughout the day.
Repair
Everything can be repaired
A bent wire, a clasp, a solder joint, a worn cord: every piece comes back to the atelier in Paris, into the hands of the artisans who hand-shaped it. Describe the issue online, with a photo: we reply within 48 hours, either under warranty or with a quote.
Once the request is approved, send us your piece — drop it off at the atelier or ship it with tracking. It is handled within the week after we receive it; plan for three to four weeks in total, up to two months during the end-of-year season, whatever handcrafted piece you're sending back.

Repaired and re-welded at the atelier, upon quote.
14k Gold-filled
Cannot be re-soldered: this hand-shaped, handcrafted piece is remade from scratch if it breaks cleanly, for half the original price, outside the warranty.
Cord
Its handcrafted, hand-shaped fiber resists water and time; when it wears out, it can be replaced for $25.
The Warranty
Ten years on 18k gold, one year on gold-filled and silver.
From the date of purchase, the warranty covers manufacturing or material defects on this handcrafted, hand-shaped piece. It does not cover impact, snagging, and improper handling, normal wear, rhodium plating and stone setting, or cord wear. A personalized piece of jewelry is covered for a manufacturing defect, not for a modification.

18k gold is guaranteed for ten years. Hallmarked and certified, this hand-shaped, handcrafted piece can be repaired and re-soldered at the atelier.

14k Gold-filled and Sterling Silver 925
One year, with the shine of hand-shaped, handcrafted gold-filled jewelry guaranteed for life. Sterling silver can be resoldered; gold-filled, if it snaps clean, is remade from scratch.

Not covered by warranty
Re-crafting a broken, hand-shaped piece: 50% of the original price, after inspection. Reshaping and cleaning remain free of charge; a cord replacement is $25.
Resizing
A size can be adjusted
A piece hand-shaped to order, with the word you chose, cannot be exchanged — but a size can be adjusted. A ring can vary by up to two sizes, a bracelet by one size, on a case-by-case basis depending on the lettering and the design.
Resizing is free, except when it requires adding 18k gold material.
Ring
Up to two sizes, more or less. Sizes range from 48 to 62: the French size corresponds to the finger circumference in millimeters — this handcrafted, hand-shaped sizing standard applies to every ring made at the atelier.
Bracelet
One size, depending on lettering and style.

Yes, regardless of the material: all our hand-shaped, handcrafted jewelry pieces are designed to be worn day and night, on your wrist or around your neck.

My silver has tarnished: is this normal?
Yes. Sterling silver is a "living" metal: in contact with air, humidity, or chlorine, a thin layer of oxidation can appear. This is natural and reversible: baking soda and aluminum foil in warm water restore its shine, and reshaping as well as cleaning are free at the atelier, regardless of the piece's age — a testament to the care behind every hand-shaped, handcrafted design.

My hand-shaped gold-filled bracelet snapped: can it be re-soldered?
No: gold-filled cannot be re-soldered. It's its one weak point, and we say so plainly. A clean break on this hand-shaped, handcrafted piece is remade from scratch: under warranty if it's a manufacturing defect, for half the original price otherwise. Sterling silver and 18k gold, on the other hand, can be repaired and re-soldered.

How long does a repair take?
We respond to your request within 48 hours. Once your hand-shaped piece is received at the atelier, it is handled within the week; allow three to four weeks in total for this handcrafted work, up to two months at year-end.

Yes, within a range of plus or minus two sizes for a ring, or one size for a bracelet, assessed case by case depending on the lettering and the style of this hand-shaped, handcrafted piece. Resizing is free, except when it requires adding 18k gold material.
