It is delivered to you in France in 1 to 3 working days after shipping. DHL Express 48 h is available for France and abroad, and within Paris city limits, a courier can bring it to you the same day.

Click & collect:
Free, at our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris, Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm: choose “Pickup” at checkout. Your piece is ready between the same day and 3 working days after ordering, and we let you know by email.

Returns:
A piece hand-shaped to order with the word, first name or initial of your choice cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, except for a manufacturing defect or a workshop error. Bracelets and rings bearing a collection word, “maman”, “love” or “amour”, are the exception: they are returned like a non-personalized piece, refunded within fourteen days of delivery, then exchanged or turned into a store credit until the thirtieth day.
The size of a ring or a bracelet, however, can be adjusted depending on the lettering and the model: free of charge, or on a quote if gold needs to be added. Shipping the piece to the workshop is at your expense; sending it back to you is at our expense. An online purchase can also be brought back to our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris.

To choose this bracelet, you can personalize it with up to 10 letters, hand-shaping either a word or a name, or one or more initials. Lettering is in lowercase cursive, except for the letter "J," hand-shaped in uppercase at the start of a word; accents and apostrophes are not hand-shaped, but spaces or symbols remain possible on request. This letter maximum stays the same regardless of the size chosen. The style is also available in rose 14k gold-filled, yellow 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, yellow 18k gold, or white 18k gold in the shop: the gold-filled versions carry a 1-year guarantee from the date of purchase, with the shine of the gold guaranteed for life, the sterling silver version carries a 1-year guarantee, while the yellow or white 18k gold versions offer a 10-year guarantee thanks to a solid gold wire, hallmarked.
