The Personalized Richelieu Bracelet is first defined by its white 18k gold wire, a material that doesn't tarnish, making it a natural choice for anyone who swims often, plays a lot of sport, or has their hands in water throughout the day; like every material used at the atelier, it is also hypoallergenic. Each piece is hand-shaped with pliers, with no molds involved, by artisans trained for months before shaping their first piece of jewelry, then reinforced with laser micro-welding at tension points. The precious wire comes from recycled and recyclable raw materials, and the finished piece is presented in a jewelry box. As an 18k gold piece, this bracelet also comes with a ten-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects, a mark of the quality of 18k gold.
How to Choose Your Personalized Richelieu Bracelet
This piece can be personalized with up to 10 letters, either by hand-shaping a full word or name, or by combining one or more name initials; this maximum stays the same regardless of the size chosen. Lettering is done in lowercase cursive, except for the letter "J," which is hand-shaped in uppercase at the start of a word — cursive is the only style used for the hand-shaped word. Accents and apostrophes cannot be hand-shaped, though spaces can be added upon request; another alphabet, such as Arabic, Hebrew, or Cyrillic, can also be reviewed by the atelier upon request. Shaping the wire by hand with pliers takes about 30 minutes, which also makes it possible to have a piece personalized on the spot, at the atelier. The bracelet is priced at $1,090, and is also available in rose 18k gold, yellow 18k gold, or 14k gold-filled versions, each covered by a warranty specific to its material.
