The Corsica Cord Bracelet stands out for its yellow 14k gold-filled wire, mounted on a cord: a solid envelope of 585 gold applied to a base metal, hand-shaped entirely with pliers, never cast in a mold. Every gesture is entrusted to artisans trained for months before shaping their first piece, in a Parisian workshop active since 2014. Once shaped, the wire is reinforced by laser micro-welding at tension points, then work-hardened across the whole piece to give it its shape memory and resilience. This design is not personalized: it is offered as is, with no name or initial to shape. The shine of the gold-filled wire, for its part, is guaranteed for life, a mark of the quality of this hand-shaped finish.
How to choose your Corsica Cord Bracelet
To choose your Corsica Cord Bracelet, two wrist sizes are offered, women's and men's, along with a wide choice of colors: black, khaki, gray, navy, orange, red or natural beige, for a fit true to the wrist. Should a resize prove necessary, it remains possible within one size, assessed case by case depending on the design, and is free of charge unless 18k gold material is added. This design is also available in other materials in the shop: sterling silver, yellow 18k gold or white 18k gold. In yellow or white 18k gold, the guarantee rises to 10 years, a solid gold wire that is 75% pure, hallmarked and certified, retaining a value proportional to the gold it contains; white gold also has the advantage of not oxidizing, making it the material to recommend for anyone whose hands are often in water or who practices a lot of sport. In sterling silver, the guarantee remains one year. All our materials, recycled and recyclable, are certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council.
