The Corsica Cord Bracelet starts with its material: a solid yellow 18k gold wire, hand-shaped with pliers, no casting or molds involved, by artisans trained for months before shaping their first piece. The entire process takes place in Paris, in a workshop established in 2014. The hand-shaped wire is then laser micro-welded to reinforce tension points, before the whole piece is work-hardened to give it its shape memory and resilience. Set on a cord, this bracelet sits adjusted at the wrist. It carries the warranty specific to 18k gold: 10 years from the purchase date against manufacturing or material defects, a mark of a piece built to last.
How to Choose Your Corsica Cord Bracelet
To choose your Corsica Cord Bracelet, start with sizing: it's available in women's or men's wrist sizes, and a one-size adjustment remains possible, assessed case by case, free of charge unless 18k gold material needs to be added. On the color side, seven cord shades are available: gray, natural beige, khaki, navy, black, orange, and red. This piece is not personalized: it's worn as is, with no name or initial hand-shaped into it. It's also available in other materials: yellow 14k gold-filled (1-year warranty, lifetime-guaranteed shine), sterling silver (1-year warranty), or white 18k gold, a solid stamped wire with a 10-year warranty, which retains value proportional to the gold it contains. All our materials are hypoallergenic.
