The Corsica Bracelet cannot be hand-shaped with a word or an initial: it is worn as is, in rose 14k gold-filled, mounted on an adjustable chain. In this material, the warranty covers 1 year from the date of purchase, and the shine of the gold-filled wire itself is guaranteed for life. The same design also comes in yellow 18k gold, 925 sterling silver, or white 18k gold: choosing one of these solid 18k gold wires extends the warranty to 10 years, the price difference reflecting the actual amount of gold present — a solid outer layer over a base metal on one side, a solid hallmarked wire on the other. White gold is particularly well suited to hands that are often in water, since it does not oxidize.
