Handcrafted with up to 10 letters, in one word, a name, or one or more initials, this necklace renders the yellow 18k gold wire in a version mounted on a textile cord, available in a green, red, or blue slim knot. The lettering uses lowercase cursive, except for the "J," handcrafted as a capital at the start of a word, with no accents or apostrophes. In 18k gold, the piece is guaranteed for 10 years from the date of purchase, against manufacturing or material defects: ten years is the guarantee that this gold carries. This solid, hallmarked wire, made of 75% pure gold, holds a value proportional to the quantity of gold it contains, including at resale or when passed down.
How to choose your Personalized Slim Knot Cord Necklace
The choice of word is limited to the 10 handcrafted letters, in cursive, with no accents or apostrophes; another alphabet or language can be studied by the atelier upon request, as can a symbol (a number, a heart, an infinity sign). The same model also exists in white 18k gold, rose 18k gold, 925 sterling silver, rose 14k gold-filled, or yellow 14k gold-filled: a choice that changes the guarantee, not the craft. In white or rose 18k gold, the guarantee remains 10 years, for a solid hallmarked gold wire. In 925 sterling silver or 14k gold-filled, it becomes 1 year, with the shine of the 14k gold-filled still guaranteed for life. For someone whose hands are often in water or who plays a lot of sports, white 18k gold, which does not oxidize, sets itself apart from the other materials.
