No mold, no duplication: at Atelier Paulin, gold wire is hand-shaped, gesture after gesture, until your word takes form. Laser micro-welding reinforces it, then barrel work-hardening strengthens the metal and gives it its shape memory. It holds its line, year after year, like the bond it carries.

The Personalized Safety Pin Brooch stands out first for its material: Rose 14k gold-filled wire, with shine guaranteed for life, set on a solid base since gold-filled forms a solid envelope of 585 gold over a base metal. Each piece is hand-shaped with pliers, no molds, by artisans trained for months, in the Paris workshop founded in 2014. Count on about 30 minutes of hand-shaping, a process you can even watch in person at the workshop. All our materials, including this one, are hypoallergenic, and our raw materials are recycled and recyclable. The brooch arrives in a gift box, ready to give, at 140 €.
How to Choose Your Personalized Safety Pin Brooch
This brooch can be personalized with up to 10 letters, either as a hand-shaped name or word, or as initial(s). Lettering is in lowercase cursive, except for a capital "J" at the start of a word; accents and apostrophes cannot be hand-shaped, but spaces can be added on request, and symbols (a number, a heart, an infinity sign) remain possible on request, as does another alphabet or language, studied case by case by the workshop. If you're unsure about the material, this design is also available in Yellow 14k gold-filled wire, or in solid Yellow, Rose, or White 18k gold wire, hallmarked and guaranteed for 10 years; White 18k gold does not oxidize, a practical choice for an active or water-centered lifestyle. You can also include a personalized note in the package.
