The Personalized Richelieu Necklace in Rose 18k gold pairs a solid wire, hallmarked and composed of 75% pure gold, with a personalization hand-shaped with pliers, no molds, by artisans trained for months. Each hand-shaped wire is reinforced with laser micro-welding at tension points, for a piece built to last as much as it is precious. It retains a value proportional to the amount of gold it contains, an asset whether reselling or passing it down. It also comes in Yellow 14k gold-filled, Rose 14k gold-filled, Yellow 18k gold, or White 18k gold; the gold-filled versions, a solid envelope of 585 gold over a metal base, carry a 1-year guarantee with a lifetime guarantee on their shine, while the Yellow or White 18k gold versions carry the guarantee that comes with this wire: ten years, a solid gold wire, hallmarked. How to choose your Personalized Richelieu Necklace
Personalizable with up to 10 letters, this necklace is hand-shaped in two ways: a full word or name, or one or more initials standing for one or more names. The lettering is written in lowercase cursive, except for the hand-shaped "J," which takes a capital at the start of a word; accents, apostrophes, and special characters cannot be hand-shaped, but spaces can be added on request, and symbols (a number, a heart, an infinity sign) are also possible on request, as is working with another alphabet or language. Hand-shaping takes about 30 minutes, which is also the time it takes to have a piece personalized in person, at the atelier, right in front of you. The chain measures 42 cm, adjustable by +3 cm with an additional jump ring, for a custom fit.
