The Original Personalized Ring in white 18k gold stands out first for its material: a solid 18k gold wire, hallmarked and certified, that does not oxidize and suits those who swim often, play sports, or have their hands in water throughout the day. Unlike a gold-filled piece, it retains a value proportional to the amount of gold it contains. Each piece is hand-shaped with pliers, with no mold, in the Paris atelier, then reinforced with laser micro-welding at tension points and work-hardened across the whole piece after shaping, which gives it its shape memory and resilience. This piece comes with a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase, specific to 18k gold, and is presented in a jewelry box.
How to choose your Original Personalized Ring
This design can be personalized with up to 5 letters, hand-shaping a full word or name, or one or more initials. Lettering is done in lowercase cursive, except for the letter "J," which is hand-shaped in uppercase at the start of a word; accents and apostrophes are not hand-shaped, but spaces can be added on request, and symbols (a number, a heart, an infinity sign) remain possible on request. The ring is offered in sizes 48 to 62 (French sizing), with size 54 the best seller; French size corresponds to finger circumference in millimeters. A resizing of plus or minus two sizes remains possible on a case-by-case basis depending on the lettering, free of charge unless it requires adding 18k gold material. This design is also available in yellow or rose 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, and rose or yellow 18k gold.

Designed for a woman, this personalized ring is a gift that carries a name or initial chosen with care. All materials used are hypoallergenic, recycled and recyclable, and certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council. To give it as a gift without knowing the recipient's size or name, the Atelier Paulin gift card, from $50 to $1,500, lets the recipient later choose their own piece, material, and size. A note can be slipped into the package simply by requesting it in the order comments, and the price never appears on it: the invoice is sent only by email to the buyer.
