18k white gold naturally retains its shine. Gentle cleaning with lukewarm water and neutral soap is all that is needed to maintain your jewelry. Dry it thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.

Hand-shaped by our artisans in Paris, your 18k gold (750/1000) piece is shipped within 1 to 3 working days.
It is delivered to you in France in 1 to 3 working days after shipping. DHL Express 48 h is available for France and abroad, and within Paris city limits, a courier can bring it to you the same day.

Click & collect:
Free, at our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris, Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm: choose “Pickup” at checkout. Your piece is ready between the same day and 3 working days after ordering, and we let you know by email.

Returns:
A piece hand-shaped to order with the word, first name or initial of your choice cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, except for a manufacturing defect or a workshop error. Bracelets and rings bearing a collection word, “maman”, “love” or “amour”, are the exception: they are returned like a non-personalized piece, refunded within fourteen days of delivery, then exchanged or turned into a store credit until the thirtieth day.
The size of a ring or a bracelet, however, can be adjusted depending on the lettering and the model: free of charge, or on a quote if gold needs to be added. Shipping the piece to the workshop is at your expense; sending it back to you is at our expense. An online purchase can also be brought back to our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris.

How to choose your Mantra Original Personalized Necklace

This design can be personalized with up to 35 characters, spaces included, in several ways: a single hand-shaped word or name, several hand-shaped words, or one or more initials standing for one or more names. Lettering is done in lowercase script, with the exception of the letter "J," which is hand-shaped as a capital at the start of a word; accents, apostrophes, and special characters cannot be hand-shaped, though spaces can be added on request. For another alphabet — Arabic, Hebrew, or Cyrillic — or another language, the atelier reviews each request individually. Hand-shaping takes about 30 minutes, the same amount of time it takes to personalize a piece in front of a customer at the atelier, or for a customer to stop by and have it done on the spot. The piece is then presented in a jewelry box, and a note can be slipped into the package simply by mentioning it in the order comments.
