The Knot cord is a technical cord inspired by nautical design, made from ultra-resistant synthetic fibers. With a thickness ranging from 1 to 3 mm depending on the model, it is designed to withstand water, salt, and the passage of time.
It requires no special maintenance: a gentle clean with fresh water is all that’s needed.

CARE

18k yellow gold requires no special maintenance. To preserve its shine, simply clean it with warm water and mild soap, then dry gently with a soft cloth.

Delivery:
Hand-shaped by our artisans in Paris, your 18k gold (750/1000) piece is shipped within 1 to 3 working days.
It is delivered to you in France in 1 to 3 working days after shipping. DHL Express 48 h is available for France and abroad, and within Paris city limits, a courier can bring it to you the same day.

Click & collect:
Free, at our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris, Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm: choose “Pickup” at checkout. Your piece is ready between the same day and 3 working days after ordering, and we let you know by email.

Returns:
A piece hand-shaped to order with the word, first name or initial of your choice cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, except for a manufacturing defect or a workshop error. Bracelets and rings bearing a collection word, “maman”, “love” or “amour”, are the exception: they are returned like a non-personalized piece, refunded within fourteen days of delivery, then exchanged or turned into a store credit until the thirtieth day.
The size of a ring or a bracelet, however, can be adjusted depending on the lettering and the model: free of charge, or on a quote if gold needs to be added. Shipping the piece to the workshop is at your expense; sending it back to you is at our expense. An online purchase can also be brought back to our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris.

What are the lettering rules — can accents be included?

The lettering is entirely in lowercase cursive, except for the letter "J," which is handcrafted in uppercase when it appears at the start of a word. Accents and apostrophes cannot be handcrafted.
