CARE

925 sterling silver is a “living” metal. When exposed to air, humidity, or certain chemicals, a light layer of oxidation may appear over time. This is a natural and fully reversible process and never affects the quality or durability of your jewelry.

To preserve the beauty and artisanal finesse of your Atelier Paulin pieces, we recommend the following care tips:

1. Gentle cleaning (regular care)

Use a soft cloth or a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Mix a small amount of mild soap with lukewarm water.
Clean gently, rinse with clean water, then dry thoroughly.

2. Natural method (for slightly tarnished jewelry)

Make a paste using baking soda and a few drops of water.
Apply it gently with a soft cloth.
Rinse carefully and dry with a microfiber cloth.

3. Deep cleaning (for heavily oxidized jewelry)

Line a bowl with aluminum foil.
Add one spoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt.
Pour in hot (not boiling) water and immerse the jewelry for a few minutes.
A natural chemical reaction removes tarnish without damaging the silver. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Important : Do not use this method on jewelry set with pearls or gemstones.

Hand-shaped by our artisans in Paris, your 925 sterling silver piece is shipped within 24 to 48 working hours; ordered before 1 pm, Monday to Thursday, it leaves the same day as soon as it is ready.
It is delivered to you in France in 1 to 3 working days after shipping. DHL Express 48 h is available for France and abroad, and within Paris city limits, a courier can bring it to you the same day.

Click & collect:
Free, at our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris, Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm: choose “Pickup” at checkout. Your piece is ready between the same day and 3 working days after ordering, and we let you know by email.

Returns:
A piece hand-shaped to order with the word, first name or initial of your choice cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, except for a manufacturing defect or a workshop error. Bracelets and rings bearing a collection word, “maman”, “love” or “amour”, are the exception: they are returned like a non-personalized piece, refunded within fourteen days of delivery, then exchanged or turned into a store credit until the thirtieth day.
The size of a ring or a bracelet, however, can be adjusted free of charge, depending on the lettering and the model. Shipping the piece to the workshop is at your expense; sending it back to you is at our expense. An online purchase can also be brought back to our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris.

The Attache moi Personalization Module - 925 sterling silver is a 925 sterling silver bracelet, personalized with up to 10 letters, either as a hand-shaped word or name, or as one or more initials. The lettering is hand-shaped in lowercase cursive, except for the letter "J," which is shaped as a capital at the start of a word; accents and apostrophes are not shaped, but spaces can be added on request. Each piece is hand-shaped with pliers, no molds involved, by artisans trained for months, at the Parisian atelier since 2014. Shaping takes about 30 minutes, which is also the time needed for a personalization done in front of the customer at the atelier. The piece comes presented in a case, priced at €140, with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
