Hand-shaped by our artisans in Paris, your 14k gold-filled piece is shipped within 24 to 48 working hours; ordered before 1 pm, Monday to Thursday, it leaves the same day as soon as it is ready.
It is delivered to you in France in 1 to 3 working days after shipping. DHL Express 48 h is available for France and abroad, and within Paris city limits, a courier can bring it to you the same day.

Click & collect:
Free, at our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris, Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm: choose “Pickup” at checkout. Your piece is ready between the same day and 3 working days after ordering, and we let you know by email.

Returns:
A piece hand-shaped to order with the word, first name or initial of your choice cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, except for a manufacturing defect or a workshop error. Bracelets and rings bearing a collection word, “maman”, “love” or “amour”, are the exception: they are returned like a non-personalized piece, refunded within fourteen days of delivery, then exchanged or turned into a store credit until the thirtieth day.
The size of a ring or a bracelet, however, can be adjusted free of charge, depending on the lettering and the model. Shipping the piece to the workshop is at your expense; sending it back to you is at our expense. An online purchase can also be brought back to our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris.

It can be personalized with up to 5 letters, handcrafted in lowercase cursive, except for the letter "J," which is shaped as a capital at the start of a word; accents and apostrophes are not handcrafted. Each wire is handcrafted with pliers, with no mold, by artisans trained for months, then reinforced with laser micro-welding at tension points. The piece is delivered in a gift box, for a total of 240 €, with a one-year warranty on manufacturing or material defects — the shine of the gold-filled wire itself is guaranteed for life.

Two personalization options are available: a word or a full name handcrafted in cursive, or one or more initials. Handcrafting takes about 30 minutes, whether it's done at the Paris atelier in front of you or behind the scenes. Accents and apostrophes are not handcrafted, but spaces can be added upon request; symbols (a number, a heart, an infinity sign) are also possible upon request, as is another alphabet such as Arabic, Hebrew, or Cyrillic, pending review by the atelier.
