No mold, no duplication: at Atelier Paulin, gold wire is handcrafted, gesture after gesture, until your word takes form. Laser micro-welding reinforces it, then barrel work-hardening strengthens the metal and gives it its shape memory. It holds its line, year after year, like the bond it carries.

This bracelet pairs an initial handcrafted in lowercase cursive—even a "J," which keeps its capital—with a textile cord available in black, plum, mineral blue, or olive. The motif, in yellow 14k gold-filled, is mounted on this cord and sits snug at the wrist. Each piece carries a single initial, standing for one first name: for several names, several bracelets are needed. As with all pieces handcrafted with pliers, no molds involved, the work-hardening that gives the wire its hold happens afterward, on the whole piece, never letter by letter.
How to Choose Your Mini Attache moi Cord Bracelet with Initial
The choice starts with the cord color, then the initial: a single letter per piece, up to 1 letter handcrafted. Accents, special characters, and apostrophes cannot be handcrafted, but a space can be added on request; another alphabet, such as Arabic, Hebrew, or Cyrillic, can be discussed with the atelier, as can a symbol (a number, a heart, an infinity sign). For gold, two paths exist: the yellow 14k gold-filled of this piece, a 585 solid gold layer over a metal base, guaranteed one year against manufacturing defects and for life on the gold's shine, or 18k yellow gold, a solid hallmarked wire guaranteed 10 years, which holds a value proportional to the gold it contains.

All the materials we use, including this one, are hypoallergenic and certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council.
