This piece owes its character to the meeting of two atelier techniques: no mold is ever used — the precious metal wire is hand-shaped, formed with pliers, by artisans trained for months before shaping their first piece of jewelry. Next comes work-hardening, a cold-working process applied to the entire piece after shaping, never letter by letter, which gives the wire its shape memory and resilience. Shaping the personalized initial takes about thirty minutes, the same amount of time as a personalization done in front of the customer, on-site at the atelier. Priced at 135 €, this bracelet carries a one-year guarantee against manufacturing or material defects, while the shine of the 14k gold-filled wire is guaranteed for life.
