The name, word, or initials that adorn this bracelet are not cast in a mold: the yellow 18k gold wire is handcrafted by hand, with pliers, by an artisan trained for months in this gesture before their first piece of jewelry. Each point of tension then receives a laser micro-weld that reinforces the handcrafted piece. In 18k gold, this wire is solid, hallmarked, made of 75% pure gold: unlike a gold-filled wire, it retains a value proportional to the amount of gold it contains, both for resale and for passing down. The word or name is handcrafted with up to 10 letters, in cursive, with a capital "J" at the start if it opens the word; accents, apostrophes, and special characters are not handcrafted, though spaces can be added on request, and the workshop also considers requests in another alphabet or another language. Instead, one or more initials can be chosen, referring to one or more names. This same design also comes in yellow or rose 14k gold-filled (1-year guarantee, shine guaranteed for life), in 925 sterling silver (1-year guarantee), or in rose and white 18k gold, guaranteed for 10 years just like yellow 18k gold: white gold, in particular, does not oxidize and suits anyone who often has their hands in water or practices a lot of sport.
