The Hera Twisted Ring No. 3 is defined first by its material: a solid 18k yellow gold wire, hand-shaped by hand with pliers, with no molds, by artisans trained for months before shaping their first piece. The entire process takes place in Paris, in an atelier founded in 2014. The hand-shaped wire is then laser micro-welded at tension points for reinforcement, and work-hardened across the whole piece to give it shape memory and resilience. This design is not personalized: it is worn as is, with no name or initial shaped into it. It is also available in 18k white gold on the shop, and carries a 10-year guarantee from the date of purchase, specific to 18k gold, which retains value proportional to the amount of gold it contains.

To choose your Hera Twisted Ring No. 3, start with sizing: available from size 48 to 62, with 54 being the best-selling size. French ring sizing corresponds to finger circumference in millimeters — a size 54 equals 54 mm around the finger, or roughly 17.2 mm in diameter. If any doubt remains after you receive the ring, resizing by up to two sizes in either direction is possible, assessed case by case depending on the design, and offered free of charge unless it requires adding 18k gold material. As for material, all of our materials are hypoallergenic, and if you swim often, exercise frequently, or have your hands in water throughout the day, 18k white gold — which does not oxidize — can be worth considering among our options. Our raw materials are recycled, recyclable, and Responsible Jewellery Council certified. Price: €615.
