The Hera Smooth Ring - sterling silver is a ring hand-shaped without a mold, from precious metal wire worked by hand with pliers by artisans trained for months before shaping their first piece of jewelry. The wire is then laser micro-welded at tension points to reinforce it, and the entire piece is work-hardened to give it its shape memory and resilience. All of our jewelry, hand-shaped from precious metal wire, is made in our Paris workshop, open since 2014. The sterling silver used, like all our materials, is hypoallergenic, recycled and recyclable, and certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council. This piece is not personalizable: it is worn as is, with no name or initial to shape, in its clean, streamlined form that gives it its character.
How to choose your Hera Smooth Ring
This ring is available in sizes 51, 52, and 54 (French sizing), to be chosen based on your finger circumference: French ring sizing corresponds to finger circumference in millimeters, so a size 54 means 54 mm around, or roughly 17.2 mm in diameter. Among the full range of ring sizes offered, from 48 to 62, size 54 is the best-seller, a useful reference point if you're unsure. If the size you chose doesn't fit upon arrival, resizing remains possible, by up to two sizes depending on the piece, free of charge unless 18k gold material needs to be added. Priced at $33, this Hera Smooth Ring carries a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing or material defects.
