Hand-shaped by our artisans in Paris, your 14k gold-filled piece is shipped within 24 to 48 working hours; ordered before 1 pm, Monday to Thursday, it leaves the same day as soon as it is ready.
It is delivered to you in France in 1 to 3 working days after shipping. DHL Express 48 h is available for France and abroad, and within Paris city limits, a courier can bring it to you the same day.

Click & collect:
Free, at our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris, Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm: choose “Pickup” at checkout. Your piece is ready between the same day and 3 working days after ordering, and we let you know by email.

Returns:
A piece hand-shaped to order with the word, first name or initial of your choice cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, except for a manufacturing defect or a workshop error. Bracelets and rings bearing a collection word, “maman”, “love” or “amour”, are the exception: they are returned like a non-personalized piece, refunded within fourteen days of delivery, then exchanged or turned into a store credit until the thirtieth day.
The size of a ring or a bracelet, however, can be adjusted free of charge, depending on the lettering and the model. Shipping the piece to the workshop is at your expense; sending it back to you is at our expense. An online purchase can also be brought back to our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris.
