The Atelier Paulin tag is made of silver sterling 925, time and water resistant.

Wire thickness of 0.8 mm.

The simple cord is a lightly satin-finished synthetic cord with a 2 mm thickness.
Water-resistant and durable over time, it requires no special maintenance.
You may clean it occasionally with soapy water, then gently dry it with a soft cloth.

18k white gold naturally retains its shine. Gentle cleaning with lukewarm water and neutral soap is all that is needed to maintain your jewelry. Dry it thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.

Delivery:
Hand-shaped by our artisans in Paris, your 18k gold (750/1000) piece is shipped within 1 to 3 working days.
It is then delivered to you in 24 to 72 hours in France. DHL Express 48 h is available for France and abroad, and within Paris city limits, a courier can bring it to you the same day.

Click & collect:
Free, at our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris, Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm: choose “Pickup” at checkout. Your piece is ready between the same day and 3 working days after ordering, and we let you know by email.

Returns:
A piece hand-shaped to order with the word, first name or initial of your choice cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, except for a manufacturing defect or a workshop error. Bracelets and rings bearing a collection word, “maman”, “love” or “amour”, are the exception: they are returned like a non-personalized piece, refunded within fourteen days of delivery, then exchanged or turned into a store credit until the thirtieth day.
The size of a ring or a bracelet, however, can be adjusted depending on the lettering and the model: free of charge, or on a quote if gold needs to be added. Shipping the piece to the workshop is at your expense; sending it back to you is at our expense. An online purchase can also be brought back to our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris.
