The letter is hand-shaped by hand, with pliers, without any mold: each artisan trains for months before shaping their first piece, and the wire is then laser micro-welded at tension points to reinforce the piece over time. The initial unfolds in lowercase cursive, except for the J, which stays capitalized to remain legible.
