Then shipping
Once your request is approved, we'll provide you with the return address: Service Retour / SAV, at La Caserne, Paris 10th arrondissement. Please ship the hand-shaped, handcrafted piece tracked and protected in its case.

At the Atelier
Your hand-shaped, handcrafted piece is processed within the week of receipt; please allow three to four weeks in total, up to two months during the holiday season.
