Delivery:
Hand-shaped by our artisans in Paris, your 18k gold (750/1000) piece is shipped within 1 to 3 working days.
It is delivered to you in France in 1 to 3 working days after shipping. DHL Express 48 h is available for France and abroad, and within Paris city limits, a courier can bring it to you the same day.

Click & collect:
Free, at our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris, Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm: choose “Pickup” at checkout. Your piece is ready between the same day and 3 working days after ordering, and we let you know by email.

Returns:
A non-personalized piece is refunded if it reaches us within fourteen days of delivery; after that, and until the thirtieth day, it can be exchanged or turned into a store credit valid for one year. It must come back unworn, in its case, with proof of purchase.
Shipping the piece to the workshop is at your expense; sending it back to you, in the case of an exchange, is at our expense, and nothing is deducted from a refund. An online purchase can also be brought back to our boutique in the Marais, 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris.
