Shipping options and delivery times
Please note that delivery time does not include the time required to craft your jewelry.
- France (Mainland): Orders are shipped via Colissimo, a reliable service that delivers within 48 hours (Monday to Saturday) and 3 business days for Corsica.
- European Union and Worldwide: Orders are shipped through DHL Express, with delivery within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination country.
- Colissimo Pickup Points (France): Available for mainland France for added convenience.
For the fastest delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone can receive the package during daytime hours. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Atelier Paulin cannot be responsible for any loss.
DHL Re-delivery: If you’re absent during the first delivery attempt, DHL will try again on the next business day. If delivery fails a second time, you can collect your package at a DHL sorting center within 15 days before it is returned to our atelier. Check your DHL delivery notice for instructions.
Manufacturing time
Our creations are shipped directly from our Paris atelier. Here’s an estimate of our crafting times:
- Gold-filled (14k) and Sterling Silver Jewelry: 3 to 6 business days.
- 18k Gold Jewelry: 5 to 10 business days.
- Custom Jewelry with Soldering (e.g., rings): 5 to 10 business days, regardless of material.

We ship worldwide except to Russia and high-risk areas. Here are the options:
Free Colissimo Pickup Point Delivery: Available for orders over €250 in mainland France. Home delivery with Colissimo is free on orders over €250 in the EU.

- Colissimo Home with Signature : 2-3 business days, 8.90€
- Paris Courier Service (within Paris only) : 3 hours once your piece is ready, 7.90€

Customs and Taxes
European Union:Customs fees are included. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Outside the EU: Customs fees and taxes may apply to your shipment. Please note tAdditional customs fees and taxes may apply depending on your country. These are beyond our control, and we cannot provide specific amounts in advance. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Any charges incurred cannot be refunded.
Packaging
Each piece arrives in signature Atelier Paulin packaging with a certificate of authenticity. Gift wrapping is available and can be added at checkout.
The Atelier Paulin Creative Studio offers you the chance to design your own custom jewelry.

How to gift an Atelier Paulin gift card?
Not sure about the right size or style for your special someone? Need a last-minute gift idea? Give the gift of choice with an Atelier Paulin Gift Card.
Our gift card is a unique code made up of letters and numbers, which the recipient can redeem anytime on our eShop. They simply enter the code during checkout, and the gift card amount will be deducted from their total. Please note that if the full amount isn’t used, the remaining balance cannot be saved for future use.
To gift a gift card:
1. Choose the amount you’d like to give and add a personalized message.
2. Choose from two delivery options:
- Print at home : Print a beautifully designed Atelier Paulin e-gift card at home to present in person.
- Send by email : Send the gift card directly to the recipient’s inbox.

What is our return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on jewelry within 30 days, provided items are unworn and show no signs of wear. Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit valid on our website. You may also request a refund within the legal 14-day period, except for personalized items.
Please carefully review the following conditions to confirm if your jewelry is eligible for return:
Personalized Jewelry: Personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Created just for you or a loved one, each piece is custom-made and is therefore not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund.
To return your item, please send it in its original box along with proof of purchase (warranty or invoice) via a tracked shipment, accompanied by the return form available to download here .
We will process your request within 14 days of receiving your return.
How to repair my jewelry – Is it under warranty?
Each piece is crafted with care by our artisans, but please note that our jewelry is delicate.
Your jewelry is covered by the legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects, plus an additional commercial warranty:
- Jewelry in 18k Gold (750/1000): These items come with a 10-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects, as well as normal wear.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental impact, or mishandling. Rhodium plating and stone setting are not covered, as these require specific maintenance based on wear. For any repairs, please follow the return process outlined in our Customer Care section.
- Jewelry in Gold-Filled or Sterling Silver: These items are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase on your invoice.
The Atelier Paulin warranty covers only material or manufacturing defects. Cord or strap wear is not covered; however, you can request a replacement following the return process.
Please note that any damage due to snagging, stretching, accidents, or regular wear is not covered by the warranty.
- If Your Jewelry is Still Under Warranty
Send your item in its original box with proof of purchase (warranty, invoice, or order number) via tracked shipment, along with the return form available for download here .
We will process your request within two months of receiving your jewelry.
- If Your Jewelry is No Longer Under Warranty
We offer a service to recreate your favorite piece for a contribution of 50% of the original price. After we receive and assess your item, payment can be completed securely.
- Cord Replacement: €25
- Repair or Remake: 50% of its initial price after appraisal.
Note: Broken jewelry cannot be soldered and must be remade to ensure quality.
- Reshaping and Cleaning: We offer free reshaping and cleaning services. If reshaping is not possible, we will contact you.

How to find my order number?
A confirmation email with your order number was sent to the email address you used for the purchase. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder and allow a few minutes after placing your order. You can also view your order history by logging into your account. if you haven't created an account yet, you can do so using the same email address you used for the order.
How to cancel or modify my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it. We strive to craft and ship orders as quickly as possible, so it may not be possible to cancel or modify your order.
Please note that personalized creations cannot be modified or canceled.
How to change my shipping address?
ITo update your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours.
As we work to dispatch orders quickly, we may not be able to change the address once the shipment is processed. If your order has already shipped, you can reach out directly to the carrier for further assistance.
How to track my order?
Log into your account to track the status of your order. If you don’t have an account, you can create one using the email address linked to your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. If the email doesn’t arrive immediately, please wait a few minutes and try again.

You can complete your purchase online on our website through the following methods:

- Paypal – offering the option to pay in 4 interest-free installments.
