The sizes listed correspond to your wrist circumference, not the bracelet’s diameter. To find your exact size, measure your wrist circumference in centimeters at the wrist bone (bracelets are worn like watches, directly against the skin). The bracelet is adjustable with an additional 1 cm thanks to its adjustable ring.
