What is our return and exchange policy?
You have 30 days to return or exchange your jewelry, provided it has not been worn and shows no signs of use.
• Refund available within the legal period of 14 days (excluding personalized jewelry).
• Exchange or store credit available up to 30 days (excluding personalized jewelry).
• Personalized jewelry is created especially for you: it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store, and vice versa.
How to make a return or exchange?
Everything is handled directly from your customer account. On the relevant order, a "return request" option will be available if you meet the deadlines stated above.
