What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an unworn piece, in its case, with proof of purchase, for a refund; or up to 30 days for store credit valid for one year.
• Refund available within the legal 14-day period (excluding personalized jewelry).
• Store credit valid for one year available up to 30 days (excluding personalized jewelry).
• Personalized jewelry is hand-shaped especially for you: it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Its size, however, can be adjusted: a ring by up to two sizes, a bracelet by one size, free of charge unless 18k gold material needs to be added.
• Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store, and vice versa.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Everything is done directly from your customer account, a "request a return" option will be available on the relevant order if you meet the deadlines listed above
