The following provisions establish the Terms and Conditions of Access and Use for the website of ATELIER PAULIN, accessible at www.atelierpaulin.com.
Using this site implies unreserved acceptance of all terms included in this legal notice. Therefore, users are encouraged to read this document carefully, as these terms may be modified by the site owner or in response to legal, judicial, or commercial requirements.
ATELIER PAULIN operates in French. We are not responsible for any misunderstandings or misinterpretations of the language by users.

By accepting the General Terms of Sale and clicking "Confirm Your Order," you finalize your purchase. ATELIER PAULIN does not permit sales without prior acceptance of these terms.
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE
These terms define the conditions of sale between ATELIER PAULIN and the customer, from ordering through services, payment, and delivery, covering all steps necessary for placing and processing orders.
ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS
ATELIER PAULIN offers its own jewelry and fashion accessories, subject to availability. Products are those available on the website at the time of user consultation. If a product is unavailable, this will be indicated on the site, and ATELIER PAULIN will promptly notify the customer by email if purchased in error. Paid items that are unavailable will be refunded to the customer. Products are described as accurately as possible, but ATELIER PAULIN is not liable for errors or omissions in presentation. Photos and text illustrating products are for reference only.
ARTICLE 3: PRICING
Prices are listed in Euros, including French VAT applicable on the order date. Changes in VAT rates will be reflected in product prices. ATELIER PAULIN reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although prices are final once the order is confirmed. Shipping fees are additional, as specified during final order confirmation. Mainland France orders are typically delivered within four weeks, barring unforeseen circumstances. Products remain ATELIER PAULIN’s property until full payment is received.
ARTICLE 4: ORDERING
Order Registration
To place an order on www.atelierpaulin.com, customers select products of interest and click “Add to Cart.” At any time, they may view selected items or continue shopping. To complete the order, the customer specifies the delivery method based on location, provides personal details, and chooses a payment method (credit card or PayPal). The order summary includes item details, quantities, prices, payment method, and shipping address. Customizations, such as names or messages, can be entered in the “Notes and Instructions” field.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed once all fields are completed, and the "Pay Now" button is clicked. ATELIER PAULIN sends a confirmation email upon validation.
ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT AND SECURITY
The total due is the amount indicated in the order confirmation. To ensure secure transactions, www.atelierpaulin.comuses Stripe or PayPal. Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal account. ATELIER PAULIN reserves the right to refuse orders or deliveries in cases of unresolved disputes, incomplete payment, or other justifiable reasons.
Once an order is validated, payment is processed in real-time via a secure gateway, which provides an electronic receipt.
ARTICLE 6: REFUNDS
Under French consumer law (Article L221-18), customers have 14 days to exercise their right to cancel without needing a reason. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items via the original payment method, except for personalized items made to customer specifications.
Returns must be authorized by ATELIER PAULIN and include a return number. Items must be in original condition and packaging, accompanied by a completed return form. All items are subject to a contractual warranty, in addition to the legal warranty per French Civil Code Articles 1641 and following.
After the 14-day period, non-personalized items may be exchanged or credited within 21 days of receipt, provided they are returned with the invoice in original packaging to:

Exchanges that exceed the initial order amount require additional payment; if less, a store credit is issued, valid for one year. Damaged items or packaging will be refused. All items are subject to a contractual warranty and legal warranties under the French Civil Code. Customers have a right to return defective items as per consumer protection laws (Articles L 211-4 and following).
To return an item, complete the return form on our website under "Shipping and Returns," and use the original packaging.
- Defective Product Refunds: If a product shows a defect or breaks within 14 days, it will be refunded to the original payment method. Products are considered defective if they break without evidence of abnormal wear or damage. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return receipt.

ARTICLE 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the ATELIER PAULIN site, including products and visuals, are protected and solely owned by ATELIER PAULIN. Unauthorized use will result in legal action. Personal websites may link to ATELIER PAULIN’s site with prior authorization. However, deep-linking and framing techniques are prohibited. Links to third-party sites are outside ATELIER PAULIN's control, and the company is not responsible for their content.
ARTICLE 8: DATA PRIVACY
ATELIER PAULIN collects personal data, including through cookies. Processing of user emails has been registered with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority), registration number 1840453. In accordance with French law (January 6, 1978), customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data and may object to its use for marketing purposes at any time via the site’s contact section.
ARTICLE 9: SIGNATURE AND PROOF
Entering a credit card number and final order validation serves as proof of the order, confirming all details as per French law (March 13, 2000). Fraudulent card use should be reported immediately to ATELIER PAULIN’s customer service via the contact form.
ARTICLE 10: CUSTOMS DUTIES
Orders delivered outside France may incur additional taxes and customs duties at the destination. These are the customer’s responsibility. ATELIER PAULIN is not responsible for informing customers of applicable duties or taxes.
Disputes and Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by French law, and French courts have sole jurisdiction over disputes.
ARTICLE 11: ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and the order summary constitute the entire contractual agreement between ATELIER PAULIN and the customer.
ARTICLE 12: DELIVERY
Products are shipped to the customer’s address, with delivery estimates of 4-10 business days. In the event of delays, customers will be notified by email. ATELIER PAULIN is not liable for delays caused by postal services, transportation issues, or strikes. Transport risks are borne by the customer, who must file claims with the postal service or carrier within three business days of delivery.
In cases of missing or damaged items, customers should notify ATELIER PAULIN’s customer service within one business day of delivery. ATELIER PAULIN may request return of defective items, and will exchange, refund, or reship missing or defective items, as applicable.
Delivery Times and Fees: Delivery times reflect carrier estimates in business days and production times. Colissimo standard delivery takes 2-5 business days within mainland France.
If not at home, customers will receive a delivery notice. Packages can be tracked on www.coliposte.net.
Damaged packages should be refused upon delivery. Once accepted, ATELIER PAULIN cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged items.

ARTICLE 13: TELEMARKETING OPT-OUT
